Kerrygold Cashel Blue Warm Dip

Kerrygold Cashel Blue Cheese – 4 ounces, crumbled
Bacon – 8 slices, hickory smoked, diced
Garlic Granulates – 2 teaspoons
Cream Cheese – 16 ounces, softened
Heavy Cream – 1/4 cup
Chives – 2 Tablespoons, dried
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tablespoon, dried
Pumpkin Seeds – 3 Tablespoons, toasted, unsalted
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
- In a non-stick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, using electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream; beat well to mix. Fold in bacon, garlic, crumbled Kerrygold Cashel Blue Cheese, chives, Italian seasoning and pumpkin seeds.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers or vegetables.
